Terms and Conditions

The German version is legally binding. Translations are for understanding only.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all contracts between Flovien and the customer for repair and sales services.

2. Offers and conclusion of contract

Offers are non-binding. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by Flovien.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown at the time of order apply. Per § 19 UStG (small-business rule), no VAT is charged or shown.

4. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. 24 months on new components, 12 months on used components.

5. Liability

Flovien is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence only on breach of essential contractual duties.

6. Data backup

The customer must back up their data before handover.
