The German version is legally binding.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Flovien, kontakt@flovien.com) by an unambiguous statement of your decision.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments to you without undue delay, no later than 14 days.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom builds made to customer specification.
